Jeffrey Hayzlett: What I’m Thankful For
I’m certainly thankful for family, and the values that were instilled on me very early. Let’s put that on the table right away. Beyond that, I am thankful for the people I work with and my partners. I’m not just talking about my partners in the business but also my partners that help us run the business, typicall known as vendors. That’s what I’m grateful for this holiday season. I am surrounded by a wonderful team of young men and women (and a few older men and women!) who make going to work absolutely infectious, to the point where I think it’s more fun than work – because work isn’t work to me. It’s my life, and the people who are in it make it fun.
And by the way, I don’t say that enough. I plan on saying that more often in the upcoming year.
